25 Georgian citizens injured in an accident in Turkey have departed for Georgia, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. One of the Georgian citizens reportedly proved in need of an urgent operation, which he underwent at a Çankırı hospital.
"An employee at the Georgian Embassy in Turkey has visited the injured citizen at the Çankırı hospital in Turkey. The diplomatic representation is keeping in touch with the corresponding Turkish agencies, the transport company, and the families of the Georgian citizens.The investigation into the case is underway," the Foreign Ministry says.
