The youngest patient to die from coronavirus in Georgia is a 30-year-old woman admitted to the Tbilisi Sea Hospital on October 18.
As the clinic informed report.ge, the patient had bilateral pneumonia upon entering the center. She had a history of cardiovascular disease. The patient died on October 19th.
The clinic also explained that the patient had been experiencing fever and other symptoms for several days while being at home, although she did not know she was infected. The patient tested positive for coronavirus at the hospital and died shortly afterward.
"She underwent a PCR test. We took her for testing and further treatment. In this case, the patient got admitted to the hospital way too late. The patient had a fever, general weakness, back pain, muscle aches for several days at home. She was brought in on October 18 and died on October 19," theTbilisi Sea Hospital told report.ge.
