Georgia received 50 000 pieces of 0.3 ml syringes in the form of a donation for COVID-19 vaccination; the Ministry of Health informed report.ge.
"In order to purchase special syringes for vaccination against the new coronavirus, the Georgian side has actively worked with manufacturing companies authorized by the World Health Organization, including one of the largest Indian companies - Hindustan Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd.
Despite the great demand and the created deficit, with the Georgian side's active involvement, the company is ready for future cooperation.
It is noteworthy that the company occupies one of the leading positions in the Indian market, as well as in the regional and global markets," the agency said in a statement.
