The 62-year-old woman placed at Tbilisi University Clinic is now in stable condition. She was transported from Marneuli to Tbilisi in critical condition, with doctors unable to make optimistic prognoses about her health. However, now she is feeling better.
"We have not disconnected her from a mechanical ventilator, but unless anything changes, we will do this in the evening," Medical Director Turdzeladze said, adding that the health condition of the 80-year-old also on a ventilator has slightly improved.
