A worker died at a silicon-manganese factory in Rustavi. The incident happened on January 2.
The worker slipped while working with the water cooling reservoir and fell into the reservoir. He died on the spot. It took rescuers 1 hour to retrieve the body.
An investigation has been launched into the incident under Article 170, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
