Additional forces were involved in the search for the man who jumped into the Rioni River in the village of Namokhvani yesterday, including from Tbilisi and Samegrelo, Guria, and Adjara, the Emergency Management Service of Georgia reports.
Six divers are involved in the search and rescue operation, who monitor the territory with eight boats and all the necessary equipment.
A special field headquarters was set up at the scene of the incident, headed by the head of the fire and rescue forces department, David Sukhishvili.
