The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Georgia Dursun Hasanov visited Kakheti today and handed over 200 food packages to the regional administration.
According to the Kakheti Regional Administration, Irakli Kadagishvili, the trustee of the region welcomed Dursun Hasanov and thanked for his friendly, humanitarian support.
"I would like to thank the people of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani Business Association, which provides this friendly-humanitarian assistance to our population through the Embassy. I appreciate the visit of the Ambassador and thank him for this humanitarian event," Kadagishvili said.
Food packages will be distributed to different social groups throughout the Kakheti region.
