Georgian mezzo-soprano Anita Rachvelishvili says she has been infected with the coronavirus for the second time. She writes on her Facebook page that she received a positive answer to the test today.
"I'm very, very angry. Today I got a positive answer to the Covid-19 test, for the second time this hell started," she wrote.
In January, when she left Georgia, several tests she underwent turned out to be negative, but the last test showed a positive result.
"I lost my sense of smell and taste on Saturday. When I woke up in the morning, I felt bad. I went into isolation and got tested. Today I received a positive response.
I would be very upset if I infected my dear colleagues. The only thing that reassures me is that my husband has not been diagnosed with the virus. He was not infected the first time as well. Therefore, I think, maybe I am not contagious," the singer writes.
