April 7 Tbilisi-Athen-Tbilisi special flight tickets sale is interrupted due to technical reasons. Georgian Airways report the information.
The tickets sale from the company web page has started today morning at 10:00. There were 552 simultaneous attempts to buy the tickets that caused the technical problem. The sale is temporarily stopped.
“The company started the ticket sale at 10:00 by displaying the tickets step-by-step on the online platform. The data of the company technical platform show that the system has displayed ten tickets for sale at 10:02. There were 3,278 users on the site at that moment, 552 persons attempted to buy these ten tickets simultaneously, the tickets were sold in 8-9 minutes,” – the company representative says.
