Supreme Court Candidate Judge Zaza Tavadze thought his own quote was the words of Thomas Jefferson.
Head of NGO Democratic Initiative Giorgi Mshveniardze read the quote to him aloud and asked who the author of the words was.
In response Tavadze said Jefferson is the author of the words.
Afterwards, Giorgi Mshveniradze told the candidate that the cited words belonged to him. Afterwards, Tavadze said:
‘Oh, look at to whom I have compared myself. That was good.’
