Five people died in a road accident near Samtredia.
A trailer and a car crashed into each other. The accident happened a few minutes ago. All the victims are the passenger of a Minivan.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation launched under part 8 of Article 276 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which violates traffic safety or operation rules, killing two or more people.
The crime is punishable by imprisonment for the term of six to ten years, with deprivation of the right to hold office or work for the term of up to three years.
