As Tbilisi City Hall reports, car owners are allowed to follow the bus lines. The authority says it will enable free transport flow.
“Amidst the pandemic-caused restrictions, municipal transport cannot resume functioning in Tbilisi so far… therefore, car drivers will not face any fine or penalty when moving via the so-called bus lines,’’ the official statement reads.
“Across the city, the private transport movement has increased by about 20%, stressing the critical importance of the municipal transport and its development,’’ the statement says.
As Tbilisi City Hall reports, the municipal transport will resume functioning once the government makes a respective decision.
