"Vaccinated persons can obtain the certificate required to travel abroad at a medical facility providing immunization services or at the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health.
The institution certifies the document with a seal and/or stamp and the signature of an authorized person.
At the request of the receiving country, this certificate needs to be certified by Apostille by the Public Service Development Agency.
The procedure for apostille certification of vaccine is a temporary measure before the accession of QR codes of documents issued by Georgia to the EU area," mentions the information.
