Coronavirus: Virus isolation period reduced in Georgia

In accordance with Ordinance №495 of the Government of Georgia, from now on, anyone entering Georgia from foreign countries, or showing symptoms, as well as those from the breakaway regions must be quarantined for the period of 12 days, rather than 14. The same is true for a self-isolation requirement -- the same group of people now have to self-isolate for 12 days. This amendment is applicable to all cases except for those provided for in Order №164 of 28 January 2020 of the Government of Georgia.
