To prevent the spread of coronavirus, all trains and subway stations of Georgian Railways will undergo disinfecting procedures daily.
According to the Georgian Railways, in addition to cleaning the place every day following established norms, additional disinfection will be carried out with disinfectants recommended by the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health. Hand disinfectant dispensers will also get installed at all passenger compartments and stations.
The Coordinating Council issued a recommendation for the disinfection.
