Four teenagers in Iashvili Central Children's Hospital needed amputation of limbs after using the pyrotechnics on New Year's Eve.

According to Professor Bidzina Kanashvili, orthopedic-traumatologist of Iashvili Central Children's Hospital, the explosion of the explosive device caused the loss of a finger on the spot.

"There are four children in our clinic; all four of them are with severe limb injuries, so they were delayed. As for two children, there were minor injuries, and they have already been discharged from the clinic," said Bidzina Kanashvili.
