"Pfizer has emerged as the most trendy vaccine," the Minister of Health Ekaterine Tikaradze stated.
She said that despite this trend, according to the World Health Organization, all vaccines are equally highly beneficial.
"As the World Health Organization and strict regulators state, all vaccines are equally highly beneficial, and the harm they cause is much lower than refusing the vaccination process," Tikaradze said.
The Pfizer vaccine was introduced in Georgia on March 25.
Georgia received 29,250 doses of the vaccine from the United States.
