The Embassy of Georgia in the State of Israel has released a statement on new regulations to contain COVID-19, which are set to be enforced on 11 August.

"The accepted number of people in open spaces amounts to 20, while 10 in confined. The restriction applies to work places and public areas, as well private.  

In private cars, two passengers are allowed together with a driver. The restriction does not apply to people living together.

At indoor food facilities, 20 people may be gathered, while 30 in open spaces; at hotel restaurants, a maximum number of personnel is 35%, and in swimming pools per person on 6 m2. 

In the case of delivering food at home, it should be left at the door. 

Dance clubs, bars, pubs, concert halls, gardens, and aqua parks will be closed," the statement by the Embassy reads.
