Out of 298 new cases of coronavirus in Georgia, 16 are from Guria.
According to the State Representative, Zurab Nasaraia, the new cases are related to Adjara Textile and Laituri settlement.
"Out of 16 confirmed cases, 13 are related to Adjara Textile factory employees. All of them are already undergoing treatment at the appropriate clinic. Those who do not have coronavirus, but work at Adjara Textile, got transferred to the quarantine area and are being monitored," Nasaraia stated.
Due to the increased risk, all schools in Ozurgeti have switched to distance learning. In Chokhatauri and Lanchkhuti, the educational process continues in a usual manner.
