An event dedicated to the celebration of Novruz is being held at the Mirza Fatali Akhundov Home Museum.
The ceremony was organized with the support of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Georgia and the Museum.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Georgia Faig Guliyev, Turkish Ambassador Fatma Ceren Yazgan, Socar Energy Georgia CEO Mahir Mammedov, representatives of the embassies of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, Tbilisi City Council, representatives of the City Hall, members of the Georgian Parliament, and a number of government agencies took part in the celebration.
The hall decorated with national elements of Azerbaijan exhibits "Novruz Khoncha," carpets, household items, and guests will be treated to samples of Azerbaijani cuisine and sweets.
Guests have the opportunity to enjoy Azerbaijani national dances, music, Ashugh songs performed by "Jeiran" and "Sarvan" ensembles.
