According to Marina Ezugbaia, Clinical Director of Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital, the ninety-first case registered in Georgia is connected to the travel to the UK. She says the contacts of the infected person are being studied.
“Ten tests were conducted in the morning. One of them is virus-positive; the rest are negative. We have a total of ninety-one cases of infection, forty-seven out of them are in our Center. The infection source is identified. It is connected to England. The contacts of the persons will be identified”- said Ezugbaia.
According to the last data, there are ninety-one COVID-19 infected in the country; eighteen out of the number are cured. Four thousand seven hundred and seventeen are in quarantine; 268 inpatients are under clinical supervision.
