The Prime-Minister, Giorgi Gakharia, opened the Fire and Rescue Service center in Dadiani street of Zugdidi. The Minister of Internal Affairs, Vakhtang Gomelauri attended the opening ceremony.
“Since now 20 firemen will work in this center every day.There will also be the division of chemical security and other services concentrated in this building, - Gakhria said.
According to the Prime Minister, the rehabilitation and construction of the modern Fire and Rescue Service Centers will be accomplished in other municipalities as well.
