Firefighters have put out a blaze on Beliashvili street, Tbilisi.
Otar Kereselidze, the head of the Tbilisi Main Division of Fire and Rescue Department, said that around 20 people haD been evacuated from the building, with four suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. The evacuated citizens' lives are not under threat now.
The cause of the fire will be determined.
