Amiran Gamkrelidze, director of the National Center for Disease Control, explains the QR code of the vaccine currently available in Georgia, saying it is commonly used in other countries.
"As for the QR code, it reads perfectly; it's just that we are not connected to the EU space with this code. Relevant structures are working on this issue together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Georgia should gradually join this space.
If you light up your QR code, you will see your data that you have been vaccinated at the appropriate time," Gamkrelidze said.
