Georgia is a peaceful green island, and with hard work only we can make this peaceful situation last, PM Giorgi Gkharia addressed his fellow citizens.
In his words, we are now fighting against a common enemy.
"At this point, we cannot indulge in thinking that we have emerged victorious in this battle. Everything is clear -- the more we get distracted, the more easily will the virus spread. A separate country cannot beat the pandemic as this is a global challenge. We all can see what is now happening in the region. We can see that Georgia is a peaceful green island, and with hard work only we can make this peaceful situation last. Each and every one of us must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility in our daily lives. Once we relax, the virus will spread in the blink of an eye. This is not the government's battle only but everyone's," Gakharia said, adding that the pandemic must be controlled.
