24 May -- wholesale and retail shops, except for malls, with separate street entrances will start rendering services to their customers.

9-10 June (slight deviations possible) -- shopping malls, outdoor restaurants, food facilities, beauty salons, and aesthetic medicine centres will start functioning.

25 June -- markets and all kinds of restaurants will receive customers.

Early-July -- entertainment centres and gyms, hotels, restaurants, gambling houses, and educational institutions will start operation.
