Registration of mopeds in Georgia will be a must from 1 Mar 2022. The amendment to the law, the obligation assumed by Georgia under the Association Agreement with the EU, envisages this.
Interior Minister Aleksandre Darakhvelidze says that the draft law will regulate the moped registration process and the changes to the procedure for obtaining the driving license.
The parliament will discuss the Law on Traffic at the extraordinary session.
