The hail-caused loss is under calculation in Georgia’s Lagodekhi municipality, Kakheti region.
Household plots and the Kabali River canal were damaged, let alone agricultural land plots.
The overflowing river reached the central highway, as a result of which traffic was temporarily suspended. Special equipment arrived at the site on time, and bank protection works began.
The damage is also calculated in Gurjaani, where lousy weather affected up to 350 hectares of annual and perennial crops.
