The Health Ministry of Georgia says in its statement that doctors may refuse to vaccinate citizens registered beforehand by bringing a specific reason. In some cases, the reason may be fabricated.
The statement goes on to say that in the event of getting a refusal, citizens must require a written document with the reason given in it and forward it, together with their signed statement, to the State Regulation Agency for Regulating Medical and Pharmaceutical Activities to the email address as follows: [email protected], or submit it to the ministry personally. The agency will study the documents afterward to determine whether or not the doctor's refusal is well-grounded.
