Heavy rains have caused major flooding over parts of Tbilisi. Some Didi Dighomi streets were reported flooded, with vehicles stuck in a flood.
The corresponding video footage has been spread on social media.
The Emergency Management Center says that the rescue crew has mostly received messages from the Didi Dighomi area.
