Most of the coronavirus cases confirmed in Georgia yesterday got reported in Tbilisi. Marina Endeladze, the head of the boxed department of the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital, revealed the new data.
"Tbilisi and Adjara are still the ones with the most infected. 40% of the newly confirmed cases are in Tbilisi, which equals 469 patients, while Adjara has 30%, which equals 260 patients. The number of patients decreased in Imereti; yesterday, there were 211 patients, while today, the number reduced to 99 new cases. Seventy-eight new cases have been reported in Kvemo Kartli, 15 in Shida Kartli, 73 new cases in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, 46 in Kakheti, 25 in Guria, 14 in Mtskheta-Mtianeti, 7 in Samtskhe-Javakheti," Endeladze said.
1 186 cases of new coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia during the last day.
