"Starting October 19, only practical and laboratory work will resume in universities, while other processes will be conducted in a remote mode,'' Deputy Minister of Education of Georgia Nunu Mistkevich said.
In her words, the Education Ministry is in cooperation with the Health Ministry regarding safety recommendations.
She says all the recommendations are defined and followed by the universities.
''One-meter distance between desks, mask-earing, using sanitizers, disinfectant barriers, thermos-screening are a must,'' she said.
''All the areas that will open on October 19 will be safe for students,'' Nunu Mitskevich said.
