Safari Organization founder Maia Pataraia has responded to the statement by the Human Rights Defender on the Ninotsminda boarding school in her social media post.
''The Georgian government go enter the school immediately. The ombudsman only is not enough any longer! Close the boarding school! Do not abandon children in that Den of Depravity,'' she wrote.
A criminal investigation into the cases of alleged violence committed in 2016-2021 at the Ninotsminda boarding school has been launched, said the public defender earlier.
