''Pregnant women are allowed to receive Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines in Georgia. Vaccination is crucial before the third trimester of pregnancy or before delivery as developing COVID-19 complications is most likely at this time period.
One COVID-19 vaccine dose protects you from contracting the virus, but for complete protection, two doses are required,'' the NCDC says.
