October 20-22 Jews celebrate Shmini Atzeret/Simchat Torah.The State Agency for Religious Issues sends the felicitation to Jews.

“The State Agency for Religious Issues congratulates the Jews with the Holiday and wishes them success and joy”, the felicitation reads.

“Simchat Torah – “Joy caused by Torah”, is connected with the resumption of Torah reading and is the most joyful holiday of the Jews.

In Israel it coincides with Shmini Atzeret – the eighth, final day, of Sukkot
