At the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Georgia, Ambassador Faig Guliyev and the Embassy staff paid tribute to martyrs killed in the patriotic war of Azerbaijan, who sacrificed their lives for the liberation of Azerbaijani lands from the occupation of Armenia.

"After the memorial service, for the first time in history, a Khari-bulbul flower from the land of Karabakh liberated from occupation was planted on the territory of the Embassy in Georgia. It became one of the symbols of our glorious victory over the enemy," the Embassy said in a statement.

The Embassy noted that in this way, "the aroma of Karabakh, the aroma of victory" was brought to Georgia.

Delivery of the flower to Georgia was made possible thanks to the support of the director of the company, "AS Georgia," Emin Abbasov.

Today, the memory of the martyrs killed in the war is honored in Azerbaijan.
