Koba Nakopia, one of the leaders of the United National Movement, visited Mikheil Saakashvili in Rustavi prison. He said the third president is experiencing neurological problems.
According to Koba Nakopia, Mikheil Saakashvili needs additional research, but doctors are not allowed to see him.
"There are obvious neurological problems, there is communication with several doctors from abroad, who should see Mikheil Saakashvili, but there is no answer whether they will be allowed, as well as his personal doctor.
He said that if the doctors were not allowed to see him, he would be forced to resort to an extreme form of protest again and start a hunger strike," Koba Nakopia said.
