Following the Coordination Council's decision, the list of countries whose citizens can enter the country through the air border of Georgia with a negative answer to the PCR test has increased.
According to the Prime Minister, the change will take effect on March 1.
"The Coordinating Council has also decided to ease further the regulations regarding the admission of visitors to the country, in particular, the list of countries whose citizens can enter the country through the Georgian border with a negative PCR test on March 1 will be Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Ukraine. We still maintain the current regime on the land borders," Irakli Gharibashvili said.
According to the decision of the Coordinating Council, the easing of the restrictions imposed in the country will start on February 25.
