According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the police detained 21 people in Tbilisi, Lagodekhi, Marneuli, Rustavi, and Batumi, including 18 drug dealers.
The three persons arrested by the police were the couriers of an organized group of drug dealers on the social network. They placed and sold drugs for various purposes in Tbilisi.
They are accused of illegally purchasing and storing large quantities of drugs, illegally selling them, and attempting to sell them illegally in groups.
Crimes range from 8 to 20 years or life in prison. Based on the judge's decision, the law enforcers carried out several control purchases of drugs and a secret audio-video recording of the mentioned purchases.
During the search of their personal and residential apartments, the law enforcers seized a particularly large number of different types of drugs as evidence, including up to 8 liters of new psychoactive substance. A large amount of money was also seized during the search.
