Miners Day is celebrated in Chiatura under the initiative and funding of Georgian Manganezi.
The events in the city started from the early morning. Kids activities were organized especially for the children of miners.
The orchestra will play throughout the day in the streets of Chiatura .
Seventeen miners will be awarded by the end of the day.
The local Choreographic Ensemble and famous Georgian singers will perform in front of the Chiatura audience: Katie Gabisian, Achiko Nizharadze and the Ensemble Forte.
The celebration of Miners Day will end with fireworks.
