The Ministry of Health has released information on a 71-year-old coronavirus patient's death who died unexpectedly from sudden cardiac arrest in the Lagodekhi municipality.
The information by the Ministry reads that the deceased man underwent treatment in Archimedes Clinic in Lagodekhi. The clinic takes full responsibility for its patients' health and is involved in the COVID-19 monitoring process.
According to the information, the 71-year-old suffered from heart disease in addition to the novel virus. He was hospitalized on 23 October, and health workers spared no effort to save him.
