NCDC head Amiran Gamkrelidze says that they aim to fully vaccinate 70% of the Georgian population in 2022.
In Gamkrelidze's words, the public not being provided with the required vaccination-related information has resulted in a low vaccination rate in the country.''We had sufficient vaccines as early as in July, and from July to September, we must have had about five mln vaccine doses; however, we failed to vaccinate at least 60%,'' Gamkrelidze told Formula TV.
