At the trial of the accused Mikheil Kalandia, regarding the murder case that took place on Khorava Street, the judge was replaced. Judge Giorgi Arevadze will replace Nikoloz Marsagishvili. Due to the change of judge, the trial, which was scheduled today, will be postponed until December 3.
Zaza Saralidze, father of the murdered Davit Saralidze, left the place causing noise. After leaving the hall Zaza Saralidze did not make any comment to the media.
Report.ge spoke to Nestan Londaridze, a lawyer for the Saralidze family, who noted that Saralidze's irritation was caused by a statement made by the lawyer of accused Mikheil Kalandia, Zurab Todua. In particular, Todua said that Zaza Saralidze is always annoyed when his son's crimes are revealed in some way.
