Tbilisi mayoral candidate Nika Melia said that according to today's preliminary elections results, the opposition had won the elections in principle. He calls on the third president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, to end the hunger strike.
"My wish would be for Mikheil Saakashvili to end his hunger strike now that the opposition is victorious.

I do not have the opportunity to visit him at the jail, but I would like him to stop the hunger strike now that the opposition is victorious because we need him healthy and alive," Nika Melia said.
