There are 19 539 active cases of coronavirus infection in Georgia, out of which: 4 360 people are undergoing treatment at hospitals, including 1 608 in Tbilisi, 422 in Adjara, and 901 in Imereti.
The number of seriously ill patients reaches 1 066, including 386 in Tbilisi, 122 in Adjara, and 305 in Imereti.
There are 286 people on artificial respiration, 170 of them in Tbilisi, 21 in Adjara, and 31 in Imereti.
744 people are accommodated in clinical hotels, including 372 in Tbilisi and 215 in Adjara. 14 435 people are undergoing treatment for the virus at home.
Forty-five people are placed in quarantine areas, including 36 in Tbilisi and 9 in Adjara.
A total of 25 178 people were transferred from the state border to quarantine areas from October 6 to September 27.
There are 15 792 people in self-isolation at this stage.
