Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia Faig Guliyev and Defense Attaché of Azerbaijan to Georgia, Colonel Fuad Ibrahimov paid tribute to the memory of Azerbaijani national leader Heydar Aliyev, as 17 years have passed since he passed away.
The officials laid a wreath near Aliyev’s monument in Tbilisi.
They plan to visit the monument in the city of Rustavi.
A video conference, participated by the Azerbaijani embassy officials and representatives from the Azerbaijani community, will be held today.
