The novel coronavirus has killed the fourth patient in Georgia. The information is placed on stopcov.ge web page.
A woman, 70, was accepted in Batumi Medalfas hospital on April 8. According to the Head of Medalfas of Adjara and Guria regions, Levan Antadze, health condition of the patient was aggravated by other chronic diseases.
“The patient entered the hospital on April 8. She was prescribed a therapeutic course. Starting from April 13, she was on ventilation. The death was registered today. The patient had diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular problems. Unfortunately, we could not save her” – said Levan Antadze.
The total number of coronavirus cases is 388, eighty-six out of total number have recovered.
