"It's a pity to see your teammates leaving. Simultaneously, "European Georgia" has experienced political figures. I believe we will make up for this loss with dignity," Otar Kakhidze, a member of the opposition European Georgia party, said.
With these words, he responded to David Bakradze and Gigi Ugulava having left the party.
As Kakhidze says, experienced politicians stay in the party.
He emphasized the role of the new chairman of the party, Gigi Bokeria, in Georgia's political space.
"This man has always managed to say his word in Georgian politics. He has always defended the principles he believes in, I mean liberal democracy, the Western course, a free-market economy, and idea of independence. He always managed to fix his consistent position, and we need leaders of this type," Kakhidze said.
