Abandoning a vehicle for more than three months on the road will result in a GEL 50 fine, with the amendment set to be introduced to the Administrative Offences Code of Georgia.
Any vehicle without an engine, wheels, and other parts required for safely driving it will be deemed abandoned.
The initiators of this amendment are Zaza Gabunia, Merab Kvaria, Koba Lursmanashvili, and Goga Gulordava.
