Police officers of the Kvemo Kartli regional department of Georgia's Interior Ministry arrested a person, born in 1958, identified only as S. A. for the purchase and possession of drugs in, especially large quantities.
The detention took place in Tetritskaro Municipality.
As the Interior Ministry reports, the detainee faces from eight to 20 or life in jail.
The police officers ordered the detainee to stop in Tetritskaro Municipality, while he was driving his car.
The police searched the car and seized two kg and 300 g of a substance consisting of Heroin, Morphine, and Codeine.
The investigation is in progress.
